We can help immediately in the following cases
Available immediately – or at a late evening or weekend time that suits you:
- Camera drain cleaning.
- In the event of an electrical short circuit or fault, we will repair the fault on site and replace any electrical components that need to be replaced or are causing the fault.
- Urgent water, gas, and heating repairs (in the event of an urgent water or gas leak, we will take the necessary steps and replace the faulty appliance or pipe).
- Elimination of blockages and malfunctions in radiators, flushing of the entire system with a magnetic pump that filters out metal particles, cleaning of the system with air.
- Cleaning and inspection of sewer systems, and removal of blockages.
- Lock replacement and, in typical cases of “I locked myself out because I left the key in the door…”, opening the door without breaking the lock mechanism.
- Elimination of boiler leaks or limescale deposits: boiler maintenance is required every two years, at which time the anode and rubber seals are replaced and the pressure control system is checked.
- Setting up a satellite dish: in the event of a storm, return the dish to its original position; if it has come loose, reinstall it.
- Any urgent work related to the apartment that requires professional intervention.
